Overview
Milium cysts are small, white or yellowish cysts filled with keratin that form in hair follicles or at the site of skin trauma. These benign lesions are extremely common and usually appear on the face, particularly around the eyes. Milia can be primary or secondary to other skin conditions and are generally harmless.

- Tiny white or yellowish bump
- Hard, firm texture
- No itching or pain
- Usually asymptomatic
- Painless unless traumatized
- Multiple lesions may develop
